Radio Foundry is a workspace for people making radio. Use it lawfully, respect other people’s rights, and protect the shared service. This policy applies to the website, portal, account activity, and any features enabled for your account.
1. Respect rights and permissions
Do not submit or use content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Do not impersonate another station, presenter, organization, or person. Obtain consent where required before recording, publishing, or sharing someone’s participation. You are responsible for the licenses and permissions your station needs; Radio Foundry does not supply them.
2. Keep people safe
Do not use the service to threaten, stalk, harass, defraud, or unlawfully discriminate against people; publish private information without authorization; distribute exploitative or illegal sexual content; facilitate violence or exploitation; or otherwise engage in unlawful conduct. Do not submit highly sensitive information that the service does not need, such as government identifiers, payment-card information, medical records, or private credentials.
3. Protect accounts and infrastructure
- Do not access another person’s account or station without permission, bypass invitations, or evade account restrictions.
- Do not introduce malware, steal credentials, probe systems without authorization, or attempt to disrupt the platform or connected services.
- Do not use the platform for spam, unauthorized bulk messaging, credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks, or deceptive activity.
- Do not circumvent usage limits, create accounts to evade restrictions, or run automated workloads that materially interfere with service.
- Keep invitations and account credentials private. Report suspected compromise promptly.
4. Use the preview for its intended purpose
The current preview is for station setup, media management, experimental broadcasting, and product feedback. Do not represent it as a guaranteed production broadcast service, resell access without permission, or use it for emergency or safety-critical communications. Respect feature restrictions and any reasonable technical limits communicated in the portal.
5. Reports and enforcement
Send reports to abuse@radiofoundry.com. Include the relevant account or page, what happened, when it happened, and supporting information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. For rights concerns, identify the work or right involved, the material at issue, and your relationship to the rights holder.
We may review reports, request clarification, restrict features, remove material, suspend accounts, or terminate access as appropriate. Urgent restrictions may occur without advance notice. If you believe an action was mistaken, contact support@radiofoundry.com with the relevant details so we can review it. This contact process does not promise a specific outcome or response time.
6. Responsible security reporting
If you discover a potential vulnerability, contact security@radiofoundry.com with enough information for us to understand it. Do not access other users’ data, persist in an account, disrupt availability, or publish private information. This policy is not authorization to conduct security testing or a promise of a bounty.
7. Operator
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Radio Foundry is operated by Glupe Media Group LLC.
