These terms govern access to Radio Foundry, operated by Glupe Media Group LLC (“we,” “us”). By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices.
1. The current service
Radio Foundry is an invitation-only development project. The current release provides an account portal and station workspaces. Audio mixing, automation, guest audio, streaming, and other product concepts shown on the website are not available through this release. Features, limits, and plans may change. The preview is not a production broadcast service and has no uptime or recovery guarantee.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to accept these terms for any organization you represent. Give accurate account information, protect your password and invitation links, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Invitations are for their intended recipient. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials; request separate accounts instead.
3. Your content and rights
You retain ownership of station names, descriptions, and other material you submit. You grant us permission to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your material and must not infringe another person’s rights.
Radio Foundry does not grant music, performance, recording, distribution, or broadcast licenses. You are responsible for determining and obtaining the permissions, reporting, and royalty arrangements that apply to any future programming. Software access alone does not authorize broadcasting copyrighted content.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Do not interfere with other users, bypass access controls, misuse infrastructure, or submit unlawful content. We may investigate reports and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address violations.
5. Fees and preview limits
No paid subscription or checkout is offered in this preview. There is currently a limit of 10 station workspaces per account. Creating a workspace does not reserve infrastructure or provision an audio engine. Future paid plans would require separate pricing information and your affirmative agreement; creating a preview account does not authorize future charges.
6. Availability, backups, and development changes
The service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued. Preview data may need to be reset during development; where practical, we will provide notice before a planned reset. Keep your own copies of important information. We do not promise that preview data, features, or account arrangements will carry into a future commercial service.
7. Ending access
You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting privacy@radiofoundry.com. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the preview. When appropriate and practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Retention after closure is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the development preview is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. We are not responsible for programming decisions, third-party rights clearance, or losses caused by relying on the preview for a production broadcast. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Feedback and changes
Feedback is welcome. If you send suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the product without an obligation to pay or credit you. This does not transfer ownership of your station identity or other submitted content. We may revise these terms as the service develops and will provide appropriate notice of material changes; a new agreement may be required for future services.
